Making a 49:1 transformer for fun so I can throw up another EFHW antenna. Way overbuilt for what I need at this point, but I am using 3 type 52 toroids, wrapped 7:1 with 14ga enameled wire. 3 connection points for 1) antenna feed, 2) ground/radials, and 3) PL239 for coax. 100pf capacitor will be placed between the ground and center conductor. Small weep holes drilled to allow condensation to escape. The antenna wire will be 14ga 12 gauge stranded at about 134ft in length.
